How do I find my size?

We always try to provide you with the most accurate measurements we can at Dog & Bone. You'll find from shop to shop, in the world of modern clothing sizes can vary vastly and if you apply the from shop to shop thing to decade to decade, it can be a minefield. This is why we measure our items as accurately as possible and provide what we feel will help you with your purchase. If we've missed something, and you'd like to ask for a further measurement, let us know.

How about condition?

We believe in providing the the best condition clothing possible and we rigorously check all our items for imperfections and note them down. If we've missed something, we can only offer our humble and dearest apologies. Do remember vintage clothing is expected to have at least some wear. 

Do you buy vintage clothing?

We do not buy from the public, buy source all of our vintage through the worldwide recycling chain from the EU and the US. 

What shipping rates do you offer?

We ship worldwide at the following flat rate.

UK - £2.99

EU - £6.99

Rest of the world - £9.99

We do not currently offer next day delivery. 

What about refunds?

We accept refunds within 30 days of the item arriving with you. Please leave all tags  attached to the item of clothing and it is in the condition it arrived in, to ensure you are eligible for the refund. 

Simply fill in the form you received with the item, and send return to:

We will process your refund with 2-3 working days and the funds will be debited back to your original payment method - We shall notify you when this has been processed. 

Please note postage for returns are at the cost of the buyer.
