We specialise in genuine vintage clothing.
Items are one-of-a-kind and may show signs of age or wear. We aim to describe and photograph pieces accurately; however, small variations in colour/condition can occur.

All sizing is approximate. Please check measurements before purchase.

3. Orders

An order is confirmed once payment is processed.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order (e.g., stock issues, suspected fraud). If cancelled, you’ll be refunded in full.

4. Prices & Payment

All prices are shown in GBP.
Payment is taken at checkout via our secure payment partners.
We do not store card details.

5. Shipping

Delivery options and costs are shown at checkout.
Once shipped, transit times are estimates only.

6. Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
Buyers are responsible for return postage; we recommend tracked delivery.

Items must be returned in the same condition they were received.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was incorrect or faulty.

7. Faulty / Incorrect Items

If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We will resolve this for you.

8. Accuracy of Information

We make every effort to ensure listings are accurate, but we cannot guarantee content is error-free.
We may update product info or correct errors without notice.

9. Intellectual Property

All website content (photos, text, branding) belongs to Dog & Bone Vintage.
