Item: Mid-century Sol Frank parade trousers in navy wool with striking red, cream and light-blue outer-leg stripes. High-rise tailored cut with side-adjuster buckles, zipped side pocket, button fly and clean pressed legs. Likely produced for a marching band, drum & bugle corps or ceremonial ensemble.

Condition: Very good vintage condition with light wear and a few minor marks. Wool remains strong with no holes or structural issues; stripes crisp; hardware intact.

Provenance note: Sol Frank supplied uniforms for American schools, orchestras and ceremonial groups throughout the mid-century, and their striped parade trousers capture the bold Americana of that era. Surviving pairs with all three colours intact are uncommon, as most saw heavy performance use and were discarded. A visually striking piece of 40s/50s uniform history with great display or styling potential.
