Description:

Item: Short-sleeve cotton blouse with a camp collar, notched lapels and a four-button front. Boxy, cropped cut through the body with a straight hem.

Era: 1950s

Condition: Very good vintage condition, with light wear consistent with age and use.

Provenance Note: An abstract floral print in green, orange, pink and white, set against a deep forest-green ground. The camp collar sits open and flat, cut generously to frame the neckline, while the notched lapels roll back cleanly at the chest. Cotton throughout gives the print a soft, matte finish rather than any sheen, and the boxy cut through the body allows the fabric to sit away from the frame.
