Description:

Item: Longline blouse with a notched collar, four-button front and dropped shoulders. Two patch pockets at the hip. Loose, oversized cut with a straight hem falling well below the hip.

Era: 1950s

Condition: Very good vintage condition, with light wear consistent with age and use.

Provenance Note: A large-scale abstract print in blue and burnt brown outlined in black, set against a pale ground. The dropped shoulders and generous longline cut give the print room to play out at full scale across the body rather than breaking up into smaller repeats, and the patch pockets sit low enough to double as a practical detail on a piece this loose-fitting.
