Original 1970s geometric blouse with a sharp pointed collar, button-front fastening and a bold all-over optical print in red, navy, cream and tan. Cut with a straight easy body and a lightly relaxed fit, giving it that very typical 1970s blouse silhouette. The graphic repeat has a strong late-1960s into 1970s feel, with the print doing most of the work and giving the piece immediate period character. As with good vintage polyester blends of this era, the fabric was made for durability, colour retention and shape, and feels very different in purpose to later cheap synthetic fast-fashion fabrics.
