Item: Heavy hand-knitted wool jumper in a deep blue tone, featuring an all-over textured basket-style knit with a ribbed V-neck, cuffs and hem. Classic, unfussy shape with real weight and density to the knit.

Brand: Hand knit. Unlabelled, as expected for genuine period hand-knitted pieces.

Condition: Very good vintage condition. Even wear throughout with no holes or thinning. The wool has softened naturally with age, giving it that lived-in feel people look for in proper vintage knitwear.

Provenance note: Authentic 1970s hand-knits like this are becoming harder to find in clean, wearable condition. A strong, understated piece that works just as well layered now as it would have done fifty years ago.
