Item: Pullover long sleeve polo in a fine knit with a three-button placket, wide pointed collar, raglan sleeves, and ribbed cuffs and hem. A slim, close-fitting 70s cut that sits neatly at the hip. Clean, unfussy, and very wearable.

A note on the fabric: this is a poly blend piece from the 1970s. Early synthetic knits of this era have a smoothness and body that differs markedly from modern equivalents — they hold their shape well, resist pilling, and have none of the cheap drape associated with later synthetics.

Provenance Note: The long sleeve knit polo was a staple of 1970s men's wardrobes — practical enough for everyday wear, considered enough to smarten up. This example is a particularly clean survivor: the camel colourway is timeless, the raglan sleeve gives it a slightly sportif ease, and the fine knit keeps it closer to knitwear than casualwear.
