1970s | Unbranded | Wool Plaid Blazer – Ochre / Brown Check - M

Sale price£60.00

Description:

Item: 1970s unlined wool blazer in a bold ochre, brown and cream plaid. Single-breasted cut with wide lapels, soft shoulders and a relaxed, easy drape typical of the era. The lack of lining gives it a lighter feel and allows the cloth to move naturally, while hand-finished style edge stitching adds a distinctly period detail.

Era: 1970s

Brand: Unbranded

Condition: Very good vintage condition with light, honest wear. Wool remains thick and supple with no thinning or damage, and the unlined interior is clean and sound. Buttons secure and structure intact throughout.

Provenance note: Unlined blazers like this were a staple of 1970s casual tailoring, designed to blur the line between jacket and knitwear. The plaid is confident but balanced, and the soft construction makes it easy to wear layered or on its own. A strong example of seventies wool tailoring that feels relaxed, characterful and entirely true to the period.
