Original 1970s cardigan in a brown marl wool blend, with a clean button front, deep V-neck and softly textured knit throughout. The 70 wool / 30 synthetic blend gives it a nice balance of warmth, durability and shape retention, very much in keeping with the practical better-quality knitwear of the period. The cut is slightly boxy with an easy straight drape, making it a simple, versatile layering piece.
