Original 1970s Wrangler polyester trousers in a clean tan colourway. Classic straight cut with traditional Wrangler rear pocket shaping and label detail. Made from period polyester that was engineered for durability, structure and long-term wear, very different to modern lightweight fast-fashion synthetics. These hold their shape beautifully and have a crisp, tailored finish that defines proper 1970s casual tailoring.

This is real 1970s Wrangler polyester, from the period when polyester was produced as a premium, hard-wearing fabric designed to last decades. It was chosen for its ability to retain shape, resist wear and maintain colour, not as a cost-cutting shortcut. Wrangler’s construction and pattern cutting make these a proper example of American casual tailoring from the era. Increasingly hard to find in this condition, they represent a time when synthetic fabrics were used as a quality solution, not a disposable one.
