Item: Zip-through flight jacket in olive with dark brown ribbed collar, cuffs, and hem, two large snap-fastened hip pockets, sleeve utility pocket, and embroidered Italia shield badge to the left sleeve. Relaxed, padded fit through the body.

Provenance Note: This is an Italian military-issue flight jacket, carrying the national flag shield badge to the sleeve that identifies it as issued to Italian armed forces personnel. The MA-1 influenced construction with padded body, ribbed hem and cuffs, and large hip pockets is consistent with Italian military outerwear of the period. A genuine piece of Italian military issue with straightforward, functional construction throughout.
