Provenance Note: The brown and olive plaid with tan overcheck is a classic country cloth combination - the kind of pattern that was designed to be worn in the field and has ended up being worn everywhere else because it simply works. The layered structure of the check gives the cloth real depth, shifting in tone depending on the light. A well-proportioned 1980s cut with the broad lapels and relaxed silhouette that suits this weight and style of cloth well.
