Item: Single-sided printed cotton sleeveless T-shirt in pale blue, produced to mark the Statue of Liberty Centennial in 1986. Strong graphic of the Liberty head with bold red and blue typography. Originally a standard T-shirt and later cut down at the sleeves, a common period modification that adds to the lived-in, personal feel of the piece. Lightweight cotton with a very soft handle from decades of wear.
