Item:
German flecktarn camouflage field jacket in the classic five-colour Bundeswehr pattern. The jacket features the traditional military field coat layout with flap chest pockets, lower cargo pockets, shoulder epaulettes and a concealed zip with snap storm placket. A hood is integrated into the collar and the waist includes drawcord adjusters, giving the jacket a practical, weather-ready design. The cut is relaxed with the straight military silhouette typical of European field jackets.

Condition:
Very good vintage condition. Fabric remains strong with rich colour throughout and only light signs of wear consistent with use. Hardware and fastenings remain intact and the jacket presents very well overall. Honest wear that adds character and reinforces its authentic utilitarian feel.

Provenance Note:
Flecktarn camouflage was introduced by the German Bundeswehr in the late 1980s and became one of the most distinctive European camouflage patterns. The design uses small “fleck” dots of colour to break up the outline of the wearer in woodland environments. By the early 1990s it had become standard issue across German forces and has since developed a strong following in vintage military and streetwear circles thanks to its distinctive pattern and practical field jacket design.
