Good vintage condition with strong, honest wear throughout. Visible patina, staining and surface marks consistent with genuine field use. Some stiffness remains in the canvas due to the original heavy-duty fabric and age, typical of jackets of this type and part of their authentic feel. Structurally sound and fully wearable.

American Field jackets represent the heart of post-war American hunting wear, when garments were designed to survive seasons in the field rather than follow trends. This example shows real use rather than artificial distress, with every mark telling its own story. These pieces are increasingly difficult to find in such original, unaltered condition and stand as true survivors of working outdoor history.
