Provenance Note: These teddy pile–lined wool shirts were built as working winter layers, sitting between shirts and jackets at a time when clothing was expected to earn its keep. The heavy plaid wool paired with the fluffy lining makes this a serious cold-weather piece, practical, durable and full of period character.
