Item: Original 1970s Anvil pocket T-shirt in deep navy with front chest pocket print and large back graphic for Rick’s Tavern, Newfane, Vermont. Soft 70s cotton with a slightly shorter, boxy period cut and ribbed mock-crew neckline typical of early Anvil blanks.

Condition: Very good vintage condition with even fade and light wear. Stitching sound, pocket intact and prints strong with mild ageing. Soft, well-worn handle without any structural issues—excellent true 70s character.

Provenance Note: Early Anvil blanks are favourites among collectors for their softness, shape and distinctive 70s construction details. Local tavern tees from this era are especially sought after for their charm and regional history, and this example delivers both: a great piece of small-town Americana with a bold back graphic and a perfectly worn-in feel only decades can produce.
