Item: Canadian Forces extreme cold weather parka in olive drab, heavy-duty insulated construction with button and zip front, multiple utility pockets, storm cuffs and integrated hood system. Built for severe winter conditions and extended field use.

Condition: Good vintage condition with clear, honest service wear throughout. Fabric remains structurally sound and insulation intact. Labels present with visible ink markings consistent with military issue, inspection and reissue. Wear and markings add authenticity and character typical of issued cold weather kit.

Provenance note: This parka is a genuine Canadian Forces extreme cold weather garment, dated 1974 with later service markings from continued military use into the early 1990s. Designed to remain in service for decades, these parkas were routinely overhauled, reissued and updated rather than replaced. A serious piece of functional military outerwear, increasingly sought after for both collection and wear, and far removed from modern fashion reproductions.
