Item: 1970s French-made Dauphilane wool cardigan in chocolate brown. V-neck, ribbed knit, brass snap-front fastening and patch chest pocket with embroidered crest detail; lower welt pocket to hem.

Condition: Very good vintage condition with light, honest wear. Wool is soft yet substantial with no holes or thinning; snaps and seams secure.

Provenance Note: French knitwear from the 70s is prized for its clean lines and durable yarns. The snap-front closure and crest pocket give this piece a subtle uniform feel while remaining easy to layer. A characterful European knit built to last.
