Description:

Item: Substantial 1970s European sheepskin coat crafted in warm chestnut-brown suede with a deep, contrasting dark sheepskin fleece throughout. Double-breasted front with a wide shawl-style collar fully faced in dense fleece, offering excellent wind protection and a strong visual silhouette. Heavy panelled construction through the body and sleeves, with a matching suede belt at the waist and exposed fleece at the hem adding weight and insulation. Built as a true cold-weather coat rather than a fashion piece.

Condition: Very good vintage condition. The suede remains supple with even wear and a rich, settled patina. No dryness or cracking present. The sheepskin lining is thick, clean, and retains strong loft throughout. Minor tonal variation and surface marks are consistent with age and add character rather than detract.

This is a classic example of heavy European sheepskin from the 1970s, produced for real winters and daily use.
