Item: 1970s American cotton football jersey by Jerseys in a deep royal blue with white block numbering and sleeve stripes. Printed name “Laurie” across the shoulders with large number 36 to the back. Classic boxy cut with short sleeves and reinforced shoulder panels, made for on-field use rather than replica wear.

A proper period American football jersey from the 1970s, carrying all the right details: bold block numbering, personal name lettering and a no-nonsense athletic cut. Pieces like this were produced to be worn hard, not preserved, making clean survivors increasingly scarce. Strong as a display piece but equally wearable, it has real sporting presence and authentic mid-century character.
