Description:

Item: Poly cotton blouse with an all-over leaf and beading print, half-placket button front, small pointed collar and buttoned cuffs. Slim, close cut through the body with set-in sleeves.

Provenance Note: A blouse printed in white on a rust ground, the design built from trailing leaves and strings of dots that arc and mirror across the body in a symmetrical arrangement. The print carries through the sleeves and collar without a break. A half placket of buttons runs from the neck to mid-body, and the small pointed collar sits close at the throat. The cut is slim through the body with buttoned cuffs at the wrist. A deadstock piece that has never been worn.
