Original U.S. Air Force OG-107 camouflage field shirt, issued as a working field garment rather than outerwear. Classic four-pocket configuration with button front, straight hem and a boxy military cut. Retains original name tape “HILL” and U.S. AIR FORCE chest tape, along with period unit and skill patches stitched in place.

Very good vintage condition. Fabric remains strong with no structural issues. Light, even wear throughout consistent with service use, adding character without compromising wearability. All patches appear original to the shirt and securely attached.
Provenance Note:
A proper issued U.S. Air Force field shirt with original identification and insignia intact. These were designed to be worn hard in the field, and examples that survive complete with name tapes and patches are increasingly scarce. Strong military presence, correct boxy cut, and far removed from modern reproduction fatigue shirts.
