Heavy 1980s black leather gilet by Genuine Leather, with a button front, V-neck cut, front welt pockets and lace-up side detailing. Heavier and more structured than a standard leather waistcoat, with a cropped, boxy cut through the body and a clear biker/western crossover shape.

Very good vintage condition with light wear consistent with age. The leather shows natural creasing and surface character from use, adding depth and honest age while remaining solid, wearable and structurally sound.

Provenance Note:
A strong piece of 1980s leatherwear with proper weight and presence. The button front and side lacing give it more shape and detail than a plain gilet, while the cropped boxy cut makes it easy to wear over shirts, sweats or heavier layers. Useful, characterful and exactly the kind of vintage leather piece that becomes better once it has lived a bit.
