Condition: Very good vintage condition, with light wear consistent with age and use.

Provenance Note: The burgundy lining is an unusual and well-judged choice against the dark grey cloth, and it gives this jacket a warmth that a standard lining wouldn't. The houndstooth is tight and fine, with the blue flecks adding just enough complexity to lift it beyond a straightforward grey tweed. A well-put-together piece with good weight and a strong cloth.
