Item: Diamond quilted jacket with a navy corduroy collar, zip and popper front, four flap patch pockets, buttoned sleeve pocket and welt hand pockets. Straight cut with light shaping through the body.

Condition: Very good vintage condition, with light wear consistent with age and use.

Provenance Note: A red Barbour International jacket quilted throughout in a diamond pattern, finished with a navy corduroy collar that turns up at the neck. The front closes on a heavy zip beneath a placket of antique brass poppers, and the Barbour International badge sits at the chest in black and yellow. Two flap pockets sit at the chest with two more at the hips, welt hand pockets are set between them, and a small buttoned pocket is fitted to the left sleeve. Barbour has been outfitting motorcyclists and countrymen from South Shields since 1894, and the International line carries that lineage.
