Item: Levi's 505 regular fit jeans in light-wash blue. Classic five-pocket styling, leather patch to rear waistband, red tab. Straight cut through the seat and thigh — the 505's characteristic no-nonsense regular fit. Natural fraying to one hem.

Provenance Note: The 505 has been in continuous production since 1967 and was for a long time the working American's straight-leg jean of choice — less rigid than the 501, same honest construction. This light-wash example is a clean representative of the best period of US and Mexico production, before the fit and fabric formulas started to shift.
